Legal Notice
These Shipping and Payment Conditions are provided in English for convenience and informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between the English version and the German version, the German version shall prevail and be legally binding.
Shipping destinations
I currently ship within Germany and to numerous countries outside the European Union.
Shipping to other EU member states is temporarily unavailable. Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK) is expected to become available shortly.
If your country is not available for selection during the checkout process, shipping to that destination is currently unfortunately not possible.
Shipping costs
The applicable shipping costs are to be borne by you as the customer and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination or the applicable shipping zone and are currently as follows:

The shipping costs displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order shall apply.
Processing time
Each print is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment after the order is placed.
Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.
The delivery time begins after processing is completed and payment has been received.
Quality & packaging
Each art print is carefully checked for quality before shipping.
For safe transport, all prints are packed flat in sturdy shipping boxes. They are wrapped in tissue paper and securely cushioned with paper-based filling material to ensure they arrive without bends and in perfect condition.
The packaging materials are predominantly paper-based and can be recycled or reused.
Delivery times
Delivery time begins after payment has been received.
Germany: 2–7 business days
International outside the EU: 10–30 business days (Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may take several weeks in individual cases.)
Delivery times refer to business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, local postal services, or seasonal shipping volumes.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are generally the responsibility of the recipient of the order.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import-related charges must be paid by the recipient directly to the competent authorities or the designated shipping service provider upon importation or delivery of the shipment.
Please ensure that you are familiar with the import regulations and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other import charges in your country before placing your order.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the packaging and the product.
I will take care of a quick and straightforward solution.
