Cancellation policy

Legal Notice
This Cancellation Policy is provided in English for convenience and informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between the English version and the German version, the German version shall prevail and be legally binding.

Information on the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation described below applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1. Please handle the goods with care and return them in suitable packaging. Where possible, please use the original packaging, including all packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage.
2. Please do not return goods with postage due or freight collect. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.
3. The above information is provided for guidance only and is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.
